 This deposit secures your scheduled appointment for a load service followed by unload at a second location. Travel to the drop-off location is included in the pricing. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. 

This deposit secures your scheduled Tenant Move-Out and Unit Reset service. It covers labor for clearing out the unit and preparing it for turnover. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Transportation of items to a separate location is not included.
